Matrimony (marriage)
Regarding marriage formalities meet the priest on duty well in advance. Bring your latest Baptism Certificate (issued not more than six months prior) and copy of Marriage Preparation Course Certificate.

Anointing of the Sick
Please call the parish office to arrange for Communion to be brought to those in hospital, nursing home, or home-bound.

Holy Orders

Burial
Copies of Death Certificate and municipal burial permission are required.

Shroud burial is highly encouraged.
