Caring for Creation: Our Responsibility

As inhabitants of this planet, we have a moral obligation to protect our natural world. Our actions impact the Earth’s health, leading to climate change, pollution and species extinction. We must act soon to ensure a sustainable future.

“The earth is the Lord’s” (Psalm 24:1)

Creation care is an act of discipleship; we are stewards of the earth, summoned by God to work for it and take care of it. So come let’s join forces to:

  • Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
  • Conserve Energy
  • Preserve natural beauty

The Care for Creation cell of our parish has started to actively move in this direction by holding plastic and e-waste collection drives. We also have a sale of plants along with a number of eco friendly workshops and composting workshops on a regular basis. We actively promote the use of biodegradable cups & plates for all fellowships and parish events.

Our aim is to make conscious choices today for a better and greener tomorrow. Do come forward to support us and be part of our “green team”.
