1. Today is celebrated as Laity Sunday
2. Monday, 29th June, is the solemnity of the Saints Peter and Paul.

4. The First Friday devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, including Eucharistic adoration and recitation of the Divine Mercy chaplet, will be held on 3rd July at 6:30pm.
5. The Daughters of St. Paul, in collaboration with the Archdiocesan Bible Commission, are organizing a Biblical Theater Workshop on 4th July. Lectors, animators, Word ministers, Sunday School teachers, school teachers, catechists, and drama enthusiasts are encouraged to participate.
6. They are also organizing a 2-Day Hands-on AI Training on 17th and 18th July. Everyone is welcome to learn the effective and ethical use of AI tools for work and ministry. For registration and further details, please see the notice board.
7. The Bombay Catholic Sabha will have their AGM on Monday, 29th June 2026, at 7:30pm in the Parish Council Room. All Sabha members are invited to attend the AGM.

ANNOUNCEMENTS - 14th June 2026
1. Today is the 11th Sunday in ordinary time. Sunday school begins today. We urge all our children to attend the 8:30am mass every Sunday, followed by catechism classes in the school.
2. From this Sunday we will recite the Nicene Creed in the place of the Apostles’ Creed.
3. We have a new PPC, which will serve our parish till 2029. Mr. Bosco Pereira is the vice president, Mrs. Premila Parmar is the secretary, and Mrs. Nancy Rodrigues is the joint secretary. The list is put up on the notice board. Kindly lend your support and cooperation to your community leaders.
4. The prayer group invites you to a teaching on “Holy Spirit will teach you all things. ” By Fr. Lion Viegas on Tuesday, 16th June, after the evening mass.
5. The prayer group invites you to a teaching on “I choose you to bear fruits” by Dickson Mendes on Tuesday, 9th June, after the evening mass.
6. We are happy to announce the formation of the TYM group in our parish. In case any youth want to join the TYM, kindly contact Frs. Jomet or Shinoy. The first meeting of this academic year will be announced soon.
7. Fr. Henry, our parish priest, will leave us on Tuesday at 9:00am. The new parish priest, Fr. Tony, will report to the parish on 10th July 2026. Till then Fr. Jomet will be the acting parish priest. Kindly contact him for any of your requirements.
8. The archdiocese is organizing the “Deepen Your Faith” course for adults from 27th June at St. Andrew’s College, Bandra. This year the theme is “Towards a Co-responsible Church” in the vision of synodality. For details, please refer to the notice board. We urge our parishioners to take advantage of this course.
9. Holy Family is conducting a first aid workshop on 20th June from 3:00 to 4:30pm. Refer to the notice board for details.

ANNOUNCEMENTS - 7th June 2026
1. Today is the solemnity of the Corpus Christie. The extraordinary ministers of the Holy Communion will be recommissioned at the 10:00am mass.
2. This evening at the 6:00pm mass, Fr. Tony Menezes, SVD, will be installed as the parish priest of St. Theresa’s parish. Bishop Allwyn D’Silva will preside over the Eucharist. PPC members will walk in procession for the Holy Eucharist and will be seated in the reserved seats.
3. On Friday, 12th June, is the solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus. The 7:00pm mass will be the solemn feast mass.
4. The prayer group invites you to a teaching on “I choose you to bear fruits” by Dickson Mendes on Tuesday, 9th June, after the evening mass.
5. Children who have received the First Holy Communion in February 2026 are urged to join the Altar servers. Parents kindly encourage them.
6. The prayer group invites you for the Semi Night Vigil on the theme “Teach me to do your will, for you are my God” by Fr. Allwyn Misquitta on Saturday, 13th June, after the evening mass.
7. Sunday school begins next Sunday, 14th June. All the children are urged to attend the 8:30am mass followed by Sunday school. Parents, kindly encourage and send your children regularly to Sunday school.
8. This is the last reminder for the parents to register their children for First Holy Communion and Confirmation classes.

10. Next Sunday, 14th June, at the 10:00am mass we bid farewell to our parish priest, Fr. Henry D’Souza.
11. The existing TYM group has been dissolved following challenges in adhering to the discipline and guidelines set by the clergy team. We are presently in the process of constituting a new TYM group to continue the youth ministry effectively.
12. Admissions at St. Paul’s Institute of Communication are now open for the one-year PG diploma programmes in advertising, journalism, Digital media etc. as well as admissions for girls at St. Paul’s College for women for BA in Multimedia & Mass communication. Details are on the notice board.
13. SVP will make their monthly collection next Saturday and Sunday on 13th and 14th June 2026.
14. Members of Hope N Life are requested to come for a meeting on Monday, 8th June, at 5:45pm in the parish council room.
15. We are giving a spiritual bouquet to Fr. Henry as a parting gift. This bouquet consists of your prayers, rosary, devotions & good deeds offered for the intention of Fr. Henry. We will be placing a box at the main entrance to the church; please drop your spiritual flower in it.

4. On Sunday, 31st May, at the 10:00am mass we bid farewell to Fr. Callisto Gomes. Fr. Callisto is transferred to Divine Call Centre, Mulki.
5. Since 31st May is Sunday, we will solemnly conclude the month of May rosary at the grotto on Saturday, 30th May. The rosary will be held at 6:00pm at the church grotto. All the parishioners are invited for the concluding rosary.

3. The prayer group invites you to a teaching on “Where two or three gather in my name, I am there” by Fr. George Saju on Tuesday, 5th May after the 7:00pm mass.
4. We invite all the youth of our parish in the age group of 16 – 30 years to register online to be members of the Theresian Youth Movement, a community of young people growing in faith, friendship and service. May 15 is the last date for online registration.

10. Fr. Lawrence Correa, SVD is appointed as the co-pastor at St. Theresa’s parish and Fr. Callisto, SVD, who was with us for the last one year is going for his next assignment. We thank Fr. Callisto for his services to our parish, especially for animating our youth.
11. We have placed a good number of books on psychology and spirituality at the main entrance to the church. You are most welcome to pick up any book you like to read.

ANNOUNCEMENTS - EASTER – 5th April 2026
1. Tomorrow, Easter Sunday masses are as follows: 7:00am; 8:30am & 10:00am. There will be no evening mass.
2. Next Sunday, 12th April is Divine Mercy Sunday. The solemn feast mass will be celebrated at 10:00am.
3. PPC meeting will be held next Sunday, 12th April at 11:00am.
4. The Easter House blessings will be carried out in April and May as per the availability of the zonal pastor. Information will be passed on to the families in due time.

ANNOUNCEMENTS - 29th March 2026
1. Today is Passion Sunday. The blessing of palms will take place at 7:30am in the school quadrangle, followed by a procession to the church for the 8:00am Mass.
2. We have just completed the Lenten Mission preached by Fr. Anil Kiran Fernandes, SVD, from Divine Call Centre, Mulki. It was heartening to see the good participation on all three days. We thank the Prayer Group for their valuable assistance.
3. A special Mass for the sick and the homebound will be held on Thursday, 2nd April. Confessions will begin at 10:00am, followed by the Mass.
4. Holy Week Liturgy Schedule:
• Maundy Thursday: Liturgy begins at 7:30pm. As this is the Year of the Families, one family from each zone will participate in the Washing of the Feet. Selected families are requested to be present in the church by 7:00pm, preferably dressed in white.
• Hindi service at 4:00pm.
5. After the Mass, the entire parish is invited to spend one hour in adoration before the Altar of Repose.
6. Hot Cross Buns will be available after the Mass at the gates.
7. Good Friday – Stations of the Cross:
• 7:00am – Led by Daughters of St. Paul Sisters
• 8:00am – Led by Duruelo Convent Sisters
• 12:00 noon – Live Stations by TYM
8.The Three Hours’ Agony will be preached by Fr. Shavito Correia, Chancellor of the Archdiocese, from 9:00am to 11:45am.
9.Good Friday Service:
• Evening service at 6:30pm
• Hindi service at 3:00pm
10. On Holy Saturday, devotion to Our Lady of Sorrows, preached by Fr. Jomet Joseph, will be from 9:00am to 10:00am.
11. The Easter Vigil Mass will be celebrated at 9:00pm on the school ground. Mangaon candles will be available at the entrance.
12. Easter Sunday Masses: 7:00am, 8:30am, and 10:00am. No evening Mass
