Fr. Shinoy Mathew hails from Kalanky, from the diocese of Thalasserry in Kerala. He is the fifth and the youngest of five children to Mathew and Annamma. He joined the Society of the Divine Word (SVD) in 2002 and made his first profession in the year 2010 and was ordained a priest in 2017. He has a B.Ed. from St. John’s College of Education, Changanacherry, and an M.A. in Philosophy from Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal. Presently, Fr. Shinoy is the Principal of St. Theresa’s School as well as a part-time teacher.
